On-Hold and Overhead Info-Link XM Music and Messaging System

Patented in 1996 by Info-Hold, this unit provides all your on-hold and overhead music and messaging with the ease of programmability from the Internet.

Choose your XM channels and schedule the volume and times they will play. Schedule sequence and frequency of overhead in-store/office announcements. Choose sequence of messages to play to your caller while they are on-hold.

Self-diagnostic software communicates with Info-Hold’s Network Operations Center, providing 2-way connectivity to allow for shorter downtime in the event of system failure.

Telephone On-Hold Systems

With Info-Hold, when your business calls are place on hold, your callers will hear advertisements that can help you enhance your company’s image, cross sell your products and service and reduce caller hang-ups.

Our patented Protégé On-Hold Player allows customers to program the messages they want to play easily from CD-based technology. It is easy to program and the best choice for single-site clients.

For multi-site clients, our patented Info-Link II player allows for on-hold messages to be programmed for multiple locations from one site.

Both the Protégé and Info-Link systems offer the ability to continually add messages to their compact disc, thereby accumulating a “library” of marketing messages programmable in any sequence at any time. Once produced, messages never need to be re-recorded. Outdated messages are simply deleted from the play sequence and new messages are added to the disc.

In addition to developing, manufacturing and distributing on-hold and overhead messaging equipment, Info-Hold also provides customers with professionally recorded messaging content for advertising and marketing purposes.

We employ a staff of professional copywriters to produce the scripts for the messages. We also use professional voice talents for the spoken content of the custom marketing messages. All messages are recorded in house at our professional recording studio using fully digital recording equipment.
