CINCINNATI - September 15, 2009 - Info-Hold, Inc., a leader in the On-Hold and Overhead Music and Messaging Industry, announced today that it reached a settlement and patent license agreement with Trusonic, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, Trusonic will pay Info-Hold a license fee that includes an on-going royalty for a license under certain of Info-Hold's patents. The agreement resolves all pending litigation between the parties.
