Cincinnati – September, 2006 – Info-Hold, Inc., the leading patent-producing entity in the on-hold industry, announced today that a lawsuit has been filed against San Diego based Trusonic. The lawsuit alleges infringement of three U.S. Patents: Patent No. 6,272,211 B1, Patent No. 6,687,352 B2 and Patent No. 5,991,374.

 When asked to comment, Info-Hold, Inc. CEO/President Joey C. Hazenfield said, “We have reluctantly taken this course of action after exhausting all other venues. Although past business practices and products offered by Trusonic have caused great concern to us with respect to our patents, we have attempted to resolve our differences amicably. Unfortunately, our attempt to resolve these issues outside of the judicial system have gone unresolved, and have in turn reluctantly had to take this path. After negotiations concluded, a number of issues went unresolved. The decision to enter into litigation was then unanimously reached by our Board of Directors.”

 The case is expected to be heard sometime in 2007 at the Potter Stewart Federal Building, downtown Cincinnati.
