The two companies have signed an agreement to promote Info-Hold’s patented Info-LinkSIRIUS on-hold and overhead music and message system. The new Info-LinkSIRIUS player allows customers to program any of the 69 SIRIUS Satellite radio stations to play in an on-hold or overhead environment. Clients using the Info-LinkSIRIUS player are able to program music as well as customized marketing messages directed to customers on-hold over the telephone or overhead in an open environment, be it a waiting room, in the store, or even outdoors. Info-Hold has been producing the Info-Link XM overhead and on-hold music and message player and has held a licensing agreement with XM Satellite Radio since 2005. With the likely merger of the two satellite radio companies, Info-Hold felt it was necessary to secure a relationship with both companies.
