Info-Hold announced today that it has reached an agreement with NEC America to manufacture a new CD based on hold messaging system under the Audio Emcee name. The product will be available to all NEC resellers through their masterquote proposal generating system. Under the agreement over 500 NEC telephone distributors will be able to offer their customers a complete message on hold solution complete with hardware and custom messages.
