Cincinnati - September, 2006 - Info Hold, Inc., the leading patent-producing entity in the on-hold industry, has reached a settlement agreement with San Diego-based Sound Merchandising dba Intellitouch Communications.

The lawsuit alleged infringement of two U.S Patents, Patent No. 6,272,211 B1 and Patent No. 6,687,352 B2. Case No. 1:03CV925 was settled with Info-Hold, Inc. granting licensing agreement for its products with Intellitouch.
