Historical Milestones

• January 1988 – Info-Hold commences operations as a production company writing and recording on-hold messages and on-hold system vendor.

• 1992 - Develops and patents the first random access messaging system for the on-hold messaging industry, later marketed under the names Protègè and Audio Emcee.

• 1996 -Introduces and patents Info-Link system, providing for the first time the ability for the end user to control music and message content at one or more sites from programming software via the Internet.

• 2001 - Develops new patent-pending technology for intelligently integrated on-hold messaging systems for traditional line and/or VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) telephone systems or applications.

• 2002 - Enters into a strategic agreement with NEC Corp. to market patented Protégé System under the trade name ‘Audio Emcee.’

• 2005 - Partners with XM Satellite Radio to bring music content to our latest version of Info-Link, now called Info-LinkXM.

• 2006 - Formation of Technology Sound Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Info-Hold, Inc. to provide field support/installation and technical personnel.

• 2007 - Partners with SIRIUS Satellite Radio to bring music content to our latest version of Info-LinkSIRIUS, to allow consumers a choice in satellite radio providers.

• 2008 - Files with the SEC to prepare for its first public stock offering.

• 2009 - Signs exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Fonebox Australia for the MP-3000 digital message on-hold system.

About Us

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio

Info-Hold commenced operations in 1991 as a production company writing and recording on-hold messages, and an on-hold system vendor. In 1991, the company was aquired by current management, which led to the development of an all-new on-hold message system utilizing the random access ability and improved sound quality of compact disc technology, which was patented in 1992.

In 1996, we expanded our vision beyond on-hold messaging, and developed and patented a system that would be later marketed under the name Info-Link, This new product development provided remote control of the message delivery systems for both on-hold and overhead music applications.

Today, the Info-Link family includes the Info-Link II, Info-LinkGPRS wireless system and Info-LinkSIRIUS with integrated SIRIUS Satellite radio.

With the formation of Technology Sound Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary, Info-Hold is able to provide clients with a complete factory support and installation team.

Info-Hold has recently partnered with Fonebox Australia as the exclusive distributor of the MP-3000 digital on-hold message player. Combined with Info-Hold's premiere programming software, the MP-3000 brings a new lower price level and functionality to the MOH marketplace.
