Cincinnati - April, 2007- Info Hold, Inc., the leading patent-producing entity in the on-hold industry, announced today that a lawsuit has been filed against Clearwater, Florida-based Applied Media Technologies Corp. The lawsuit alleges infringement of two U.S Patents, Patent No. 6,272,211 B1 and Patent No. 6,687,352 B2. Attempts to resolve the matter amicably were unsuccessful.

“Litigation is always the last resort, but unfortunately all other avenues have been exhausted” said Info-Hold's Director of Legal Compliance, Mark C. Mason. “That said, we have responsibility to our shareholders to protect and profit from our innovations.”

The case schedule has not been determined at this time, but we anticipate the case to be heard sometime in 2008 at the Potter Stewart Federal Building, downtown Cincinnati.
